The Montana Natural Heritage Program (MTNHP) manages information on the distribution and status of species and habitats of Montana to inform stakeholders in a variety of environmental review, permitting, and planning processes.  Below is a list of laws, orders, rules, regulations, processes, policies, and permits that are informed by information from the MTNHP.  If you are aware of something missing from this list, please submit it to this form.
